Church Visits and Building Use:

We love having people here, however, we need you to book a time if you are coming in because of the unpredictable and sometimes lengthy recording process.

We are still under restrictions because of Covid-19, so we need to limit access to the building. Please contact Carmen to book the church or plan a visit.

We are pleased to hear some of the restrictions are being lifted, however we are still closed for public gatherings – including meetings – as per denominational requirements.

Coming up:

Grab a coffee and find us online for a visit on two Coffee Times every week. If you’d like to know where to find us please contact the church.

Tuesdays at 1pm

Thursdays at 10am

Please consider whether you could help out with Meals on Wheels…here is some information from Allison Klein:

(pretty sure this is for anyone, not just the women)

I am reaching out to you and the Alliance Church Women to see if anyone would be interested in being a casual driver or taking a 1 week shift for Meals on Wheels in Kindersley.  Since Covid-19 we have only been using a small group of casual drivers instead of scheduling Service Groups and Churches for a week at time like in the past.  With several things reopening and restrictions being lifted we are reaching out to you again to see if you would like to Volunteer again.

We are in high need of Volunteers due to Covid-19 and the Public Health Order that states we can not use volunteers over the age of 65.  We have made several changes to the way we deliver Meals on Wheels.  This is to ensure the health and safety of the Volunteer and the Home Care clients.  You will see these changes on the attached Screening & Pick-up document.

Volunteer work is generous, kind and selfless.  We rely heavily on the giving nature of volunteers to make our programs run smoothly and efficiently.  The efforts our volunteers have put into our Meals on Wheels program has contributed to our goal of maintaining independence for clients in their homes and our residents’ well-being.
